Words & Stuff

In the occasional series of new-to-me words I come across in The Grauniad, the word orthosomnia, an unhealthy preoccupation with healthy sleeping. This is formed after orthorexia, an unhealthy preoccupation with healthy eating, which was a new-to-me word only a couple of weeks ago that I hadn’t yet got around to posting.
