Way back in column n, I linked to my uncle Dobe Doinat’s Punny Names archive. That particular page that I linked to is gone, but Dobe has more recently created the Punny Name Archive (NSFW), a wiki that currently lists about 200 names. Loosely on the topic of names, Grant Brisbee’s weekly baseball roundup over at SBNation features a Historical Baseball Spoonerism. While some are bound to be better than others (the highlight so far is Bump Hadley, who had a couple of good years for the Senators in the early thirties, and is besides one of only nine players in Major League history with the given first name of Irving) the commentary is generally top notch.

Clarification for anyone else who might be confused (as I was at first): There’s one spoonerism given in each post, so to view them, you have to click the post and then search in the page for spoonerism.
Er, yes. I’m afraid it’s not accurate to say that the roundup features a spoonerism, more that Grant shoehorns one in to the roundup with surprising frequency.

Oh, it wasn’t the word features that confused me, it was that I initially misread your comment as indicating that you were linking to a single article that listed a bunch of spoonerisms, and so I was confused by seeing a list of articles with non-spoonerism-related titles.
But I’m not entirely awake yet.
